Thousand island dressing/Lite thousand island dressing
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Pumpernickel bread slices
6 (3/4 Inch Thick)
Muenster cheese slices
Sliced cooked turkey breast
1⁄2 Pound (Smoked Or Unsmoked)
3 Tablespoon, softened
Evenly spread Thousand Island dressing on each bread slice.
Equally top 3 bread slices with 1/2 of the cheese, turkey, then remaining cheese; top with remaining bread slices, dressing side down.
Evenly spread butter on outside of bread slices.
In large skillet, cook sandwiches, covered, over medium heat, turning once and pressing down sandwiches occasionally, 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
