Reuben Cheese Sandwich
|Thinly sliced cooked corned beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Bread slice||4 (Rye Or Pumpernickel)|
|Creamy russian dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sauerkraut||8 Ounce, drained and rinsed (1 Can)|
|Swiss cheese slice||4 , halved (Rectangular)|
Arrange corned beef on bread; top with dressing.
Add sauerkraut and arrange sandwiches on paper towel lined oven tray.
Cook at MEDIUM-HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 minutes; top with cheese.
Cook at MEDIUM 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
