Layered Picnic Club Sandwich
|Unsliced round bread loaf||1 (9 Inch Diameter)|
|Lettuce leaves||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (dressing)|
|Sliced swiss cheese||1⁄3 Pound|
|Sliced cooked beef roast||3⁄4 Pound|
|Sliced cooked turkey||1⁄2 Pound|
|Tomato||1 Large, sliced|
Cut bread in half horizontally; hollow out center of each half, leaving 1/4-inch shell.
Spread 1/3 cup creamy Italian dressing into each shell; line bottom shell with lettuce.
Into bottom shell, layer cheese, roast beef, remaining dressing, turkey, then tomato.
Top with lettuce; replace top shell.
