Chili Pork Sandwiches
|Seasoned coating mix for pork||2 3⁄8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sesame hamburger buns||8 Large, split and toasted|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
Pound pork cutlets to 1/4 inch thickness.
In shallow bowl combine egg and milk.
Dip meat in egg mixture, then in coating mix.
Place cutlets in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 425° till tender, 30 to 35 minutes.
Place a cutlet on bottom half of each bun.
Add lettuce leaf and tomato slice.
Thoroughly blend mayonnaise, sour cream, and chili powder.
Spoon about a tablespoonful on each sandwich; add bun tops.
