Grilled Steak Sandwich

Chef Keith Snow makes his top favorite recipes with grilled bread, compound butter, and flank steak.
Ingredients
  Organic butter 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (Use Fresh)
  Yorkshire sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Black pepper To Taste
  Flank steak 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Kosher salt To Taste
  Garlic powder To Taste
  Bread toast 1
Directions

Compound sauce
Take some organic butter in a plate, add some granulated garlic and 1 tablespoon of minced parsley.

Add some Yorkshire sauce and some black pepper. Mix well.

Sandwich
Take a bread toast and apply the compound butter mix.

Take a flank steak that is seasoned with a little olive oil and some basic seasoning like salt and pepper and maybe a little garlic powder and hard grilled.

Cut the flank steak against the grain and in bias using a sharp knife.

Lay the slices of meat across the toast and sprinkle a little bit of kosher salt.

Put the whole thing in broiler that is preheated. A little more cooking and the dish will be ready.

Take out the sandwich from the oven.

To finish the sandwich use frozen Cabrales blue cheese.

Take some compound butter mix in a small bowl and just melt it in microwave for 10 sec.

Drizzle some melted compound butter over the sandwich and grate a little bit of Cabrales blue cheese and steak sandwich is ready to eat.
