Sandwiches are not only the healthy breakfast food items but filling as well. Try this recipe and feel the difference.
Ingredients
For california sandwich
  Sourdough bread slices 50 Gram (2 slices)
  Pesto 2 Tablespoon
  Smoked turkey slices 10 Gram (organic)
  Red pepper 1⁄4 , sliced
  Avocado 1⁄2 , sliced
  Lettuce leaves 10 Gram, shredded
  Sunflower sprout 1 Teaspoon
  Cheese 1 Teaspoon, crumbled
For hummus sandwich
  Whole wheat bread 50 Gram
  Chipotle pepper hummus 1 Tablespoon
  Cucumber 1⁄4 , sliced
  Tomato slices 2
  Zucchini 1 Teaspoon, shredded
  Carrot 2 Tablespoon, shredded
Directions

For California Sandwich
MAKING
1. Spread pesto over the sour dough bread, top with, turkey, red pepper, avocado, lettuce, sunflower sprouts and cheese. Close with other slice of bread.

SERVING
2. Slice California Sandwich and serve with pesto.

For Hummus Sandwich
MAKING
1. Spread hummus over the bread slices. Top with cucumber, tomato, sunflower sprout, zucchini and carrot. Close with other slice of bread.

SERVING
2. Slice Hummus Sandwich and serve with hummus.
