Bacon & Chicken Sandwiches
|Canned cooked white chicken meat||5 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Celery stalk||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Green onion||1 , sliced|
|Plain nonfat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hamburger buns||3 , toasted|
|Canned pineapple rings||3 , well drained|
|Bacon slices||3 , cooked crisp and crumbled|
Combine chicken, celery, onion, yogurt and pepper in small bowl.
If desired, place lettuce leaf on bottom of each bun; place pineapple ring on lettuce.
Top each with one third of the chicken mixture and bacon.
