Bacon & Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Canned cooked white chicken meat 5 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Celery stalk 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Green onion 1 , sliced
  Plain nonfat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper To Taste
  Hamburger buns 3 , toasted
  Canned pineapple rings 3 , well drained
  Bacon slices 3 , cooked crisp and crumbled
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine chicken, celery, onion, yogurt and pepper in small bowl.
If desired, place lettuce leaf on bottom of each bun; place pineapple ring on lettuce.
Top each with one third of the chicken mixture and bacon.
