Ingredients
  White sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄4 Pint
  Eggs 3 Small, beaten
  Grated cheese 1⁄4 Pound
  Pimento 4 Ounce, finely cut (1 Tin)
  Stuffed olives 3 Ounce (1 Small Bottle)
  Melted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mustard 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix sugar, flour, eggs, salt, cheese, mustard and butter.
Cook in top of double boiler until cheese is melted.
Cool.
Add cream, vinegar, olives and pimento.
Cook until thick.
