Turkey Waldorf Sandwiches
|Red delicious apples||1 Small, cored and cut into small cubes|
|Nonfat yogurt||1 Tablespoon|
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||1 Tablespoon|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Chopped walnuts||2 Tablespoon|
|Cooked turkey breast||6 Ounce, cubed|
|Reduced calorie raisin bread slices||8|
Combine turkey, celery, apple, walnuts, mayonnaise, yogurt, nutmeg and cinnamon in medium bowl; blend well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
