Dill Tuna Sandwiches
|Drained capers||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned chunk light tuna in water||12 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Dijon style mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped seeded cucumber||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced green onion with tops||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato slices||2 , cut into halves|
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||3 Tablespoon|
|Dried dill weed||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Multi grain bread slices||4 , toasted|
|White pepper||To Taste|
Break tuna into chunks in medium bowl; add green onion and chopped cucumber.
Stir in mayonnaise, capers, mustard, lemon juice and dill weed until blended.
Season with pepper.
Spread tuna mixture on toasted bread slices (open-faced); garnish with cucumber and tomato slices.
