Dill Tuna Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Drained capers 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned chunk light tuna in water 12 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Dijon style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped seeded cucumber 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Thinly sliced green onion with tops 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato slices 2 , cut into halves
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Dried dill weed 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Multi grain bread slices 4 , toasted
  Cucumber slice 8
  White pepper To Taste
Directions

Break tuna into chunks in medium bowl; add green onion and chopped cucumber.
Stir in mayonnaise, capers, mustard, lemon juice and dill weed until blended.
Season with pepper.
Spread tuna mixture on toasted bread slices (open-faced); garnish with cucumber and tomato slices.
