|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|California nectarines||2 , diced (Fresh)|
|Ground red pepper||2 Pinch|
|Low fat plain yogurt||2 Tablespoon|
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||2 Tablespoon|
|Sandwich buns||6 (Soft)|
Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic, black pepper and red pepper in large bowl; blend well.
Fold in shrimp, nectarines, celery and onions until well blended.
