Fresh Shrimp Sandwich

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Tiny bay shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  California nectarines 2 , diced (Fresh)
  Ground red pepper 2 Pinch
  Low fat plain yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Ketchup 2 Tablespoon
  Sandwich buns 6 (Soft)
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic, black pepper and red pepper in large bowl; blend well.
Fold in shrimp, nectarines, celery and onions until well blended.
