Grilled Reuben Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Swiss cheese slices 2 Ounce (2 Slices)
  Thousand island dressing 2 Tablespoon (Bottled)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, softened
  Sauerkraut 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), drained, chopped
  Rye bread slice 4
  Sliced corned beef 6 Ounce
Directions

1. Spread both sides of bread with butter or margarine. Place half the slices on a plate. Rinse sauerkraut, if desired. Layer in order on bread slices: corned beef, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, cheese and remaining bread slices.
2. Preheat browning skillet, uncovered, at 100% (high)4 minutes. Quickly place sandwiches in browning skillet. Microwave at 100% (high)30 seconds. Turn sandwiches over. Microwave at 100% (high)30 to 60 seconds or until toasted and centers are hot.
