Grilled Reuben Sandwiches
|Swiss cheese slices||2 Ounce (2 Slices)|
|Thousand island dressing||2 Tablespoon (Bottled)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, softened|
|Sauerkraut||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), drained, chopped|
|Rye bread slice||4|
|Sliced corned beef||6 Ounce|
1. Spread both sides of bread with butter or margarine. Place half the slices on a plate. Rinse sauerkraut, if desired. Layer in order on bread slices: corned beef, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, cheese and remaining bread slices.
2. Preheat browning skillet, uncovered, at 100% (high)4 minutes. Quickly place sandwiches in browning skillet. Microwave at 100% (high)30 seconds. Turn sandwiches over. Microwave at 100% (high)30 to 60 seconds or until toasted and centers are hot.
