Muffaletta Style Po Boys
|Club rolls||20 Ounce (Two 10 Ounce Packages)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pimiento stuffed olive with juice||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Ham slices||12 (4 Inch Squares)|
|Chopped pimiento stuffed olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped ripe olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mozzarella cheese slice||12|
Heat club rolls according to package directions.
Split rolls; place cut side up on baking sheets.
Combine mayonnaise and olive juice, stirring well; spread on each roll half.
Fold each ham slice in half, and place 2 folded slices on bottom half of each roll.
Top ham evenly with pimiento stuffed olives.
Fold salami slices, and place 2 slices on top of olives.
Top each evenly with ripe olives.
Fold cheese slices, and place 2 slices on each remaining roll half.
Place roll halves under broiler, and broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Place cheese halves on top of meat halves; slice to serve
