|Streaky bacon rashers||2 , derinded and chopped|
|Mushrooms||2 Ounce, sliced (About 50 Gram)|
|Tomatoes||2 , skinned and chopped|
|Made mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bread slice||4 , buttered|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Ounce, sliced (About 50 Gram)|
|Parsley sprigs||2 (Used To Garnish)|
Melt the butter in a pan, add the bacon and fry until soft.
Add the mushrooms and tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the mixture between 2 of the bread slices and top with the remaining 2 slices.
Toast both sides under a preheated hot grill until golden brown.
Place the cheese on top and return to the grill.
Cook until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
Garnish with parsley.
