Baked Tuna Sandwiches
|Solid pack white tuna||1 Can (10 oz), drained and flaked|
|Hard boiled eggs||2 , finely shredded|
|Stuffed green olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Grated onion||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Real mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sharp cheese spread||4 Ounce|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Butter bread; combine next 5 ingredients and spread on 7 slices.
Cover with other slices.
Blend butter and cheese and lightly spread over tops and sides of sandwiches.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, cut in desired size and place on cookie sheet.
Cover with waxed paper and refrigerate until needed.
Bake at 400° until well heated - 15 or 20 minutes.
