Ingredients
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (plus 2 tablespoons onion powder)
  Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
  Poultry seasoning 3 Tablespoon
  Paprika 3 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Ground oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients together, and store in an airtight container.
Pour into a shaker to use with meat, poultry, or vegetables.

nice blend of spices, sounds great,.just want to warn you or anyone else that some chili powders have salt/sodium..just a heads up ..thanks for the recipe..;-)
