Quick Salt Sticks

Ingredients
  Frozen puff pastry 17 Ounce (1 Package)
  Caraway seed 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg white 1 , slightly beaten
  Coarse salt 1 Teaspoon (Such As Kosher Salt)
Directions

Separate sheets of pastry and let thaw.
Cut each pastry sheet into quarters; then cut each quarter into 2 triangles.
Sprinkle evenly with caraway seed.
Roll each triangle into a stick, starting with the longest side and rolling toward opposite angle or point.
Place sticks, center point down and several inches apart, on an ungreased 12- by 15-inch baking sheet.
Brush sticks lightly with egg white; sprinkle evenly with salt.
Bake in a 400° oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
