Ingredients
  Shrimps 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Whipping cream 125 Milliliter, whipped (1/2 Cups)
  Horseradish 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Thin smoked salmon slices 4
  Lettuce head 1⁄2 , chopped
  Lemon wedges 6
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix together shrimps, whipped cream and horseradish and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Divide among salmon slices and roll Up into cornets.
Place two cornets per serving on a bed of chopped lettuce with lemon wedges.
