Salmon A La Mornay

Salmon a la mornay is a boiled salmon preparation made with potatoes and swiss cheese. One of my favorite among simple yet delicious salmon recipes, the salmon a la mornay is a baked salmon recipe prepared along with added egg and bread crumbs for a ful and filling meal.
Ingredients
  Cooked potatoes 4
  Swiss cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolk 1
  Buttered crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Medium white sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiled salmon 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Mash the potatoes and line a greased baking dish with them.
Add the cheese and egg-yolk to the white sauce and pour half of it over the potatoes.
Add the fish and cover it with the remaining sauce and buttered bread-crumbs.
Bake in the oven (350° F.) for twenty minutes.
