Salmon Log

Ingredients
  Canned salmon 7 3⁄4 Ounce (1 can)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 package)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 2 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Liquid smoke 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients, except walnuts and parsley in food processor or mix well.
Refrigerate.
Roll in mixture of walnuts and parsley to make a log.
