Salmon Supper Casserole

The salmon supper casserole is prepared with cooked salmon, potatoes and onions. The salmon is covered with vegetales and seasoned along with addition of milk and flour. Baked till the potatoes are tender, the salmon supper casserole can be served with a side of choice.
Ingredients
  Cooked salmon 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large
  Potatoes 4 Medium
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Remove bones and flake the fish.
Spread one half the amount in buttered casserole.
Cover with thin slices of onion and a generous layer of sliced raw potato.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and dredge with flour.
Repeat these three layers then pour in milk.
Dot with butter and bake at 400F for about 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
