Microwaved Salmon Ring
|Salmon||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Soft bread crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped|
|Chicken broth||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Invert a glass in the center of a greased 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Pour mixture around glass in dish.
Microwave 8 to 10 minutes.
Give dish a 1/4 turn twice during cooking.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
