|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
Combine the orange juice, soy sauce, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, pepper, wine, vegetable oil, ginger and garlic in a large glass dish and whisk well.
Marinate 1 to 1 1/2 pounds fresh salmon for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Broil or grill over hot coals until fish flakes easily.
