Steam fried salmon is such an healthy dish. Salmon is very healthy with essential omega 3 and when it is steam cooked, it is much more healthier. There is less fat and calories. Try this steam fried salmon.
Ingredients
  Salmon fillet 1
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Heat oil in a pan and place the fillet in it.
2. Put some garlic and saute until golden brown.
3. Season it with salt and pepper.
4. Add water and cover the fish.
5. Cook for 5 minutes and serve.
