Cooking Salmon With Veggies!
|Salmon piece||1 Large|
|Extra virgin olive oil||2 Teaspoon (for frying)|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , sliced|
|Shallot||1 , chopped|
|Salt and pepper||To Taste|
|Bay leaves||To Taste|
1. Rub the fleshy side of salmon with salt and pepper.
2. In a large pan over medium heat, add oil and place the salmon with skin side down. Cook until the skin gets crispy and then turn and cook the other side.
3. Transfer the salmon to a serving plate and garnish with mushrooms, shallots and green pepper.
4. Serve the Salmon and Vegetable Delight with rice.
