|Canned salmon||7 3⁄4 Ounce (1 can)|
|Dried dill weed||1 Dash|
|Fine saltine cracker crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (14 crackers)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Flake salmon (with liquid) into bowl, removing skin and bones.
Stir in remaining ingredients except butter.
Turn into 2 cup casserole.
Dot with butter.
Bake in moderate oven (350Â°) for 35 minutes.
