Grilled Schnapper With Dill Butter

The grilled schnapper with dill butter is a flavorful and healthy recipe for preparing schnapper fish. The fish is grilled whole with a spread of butter with dill and vinegar seasoned with salt and pepper and can be served with a side of choice. Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Snapper fish 2 Small
  Butter 125 Gram
  White vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Dill 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1.
Clean and scale the fish.
Wash and pat dry.
2.
Cut 2 slits in each side of fish, right down to the bone.
3.
Mix butter, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper together.
4.
Spread 1/4 butter mixture over the skin.
5.
Place fish on High Rack and GRILL for 6-7 minutes.
6.
Turn over, spread with remaining butter, and GRILL for further 6-7 minutes.
