Salmon, Cold Boiled

Ingredients
  Salmon 3 Pound
  Prepared court bouillon 1 Quart
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Quart
  Onions 2 Medium
  Carrots 1 Small
  Celery leaves 2
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1 Pinch
  Basil leaves 1 Pinch
  Marjoram 1 Pinch
  Tarragon 1 Pinch
  Bay leaves 1
Directions

Boil all bouillon ingredients together for 20 minutes.
Then add whatever fish you want to boil.
Place salmon in kettle and cover with court bouillon.
Bring to a boil and reduce flame.
Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until flesh is firm but leaves the bones.
Remove and chill.
When cold, place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours; serve with mayonnaise mixed with curry powder.
