Salmon Party Ball

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Canned salmon 16 Ounce, drained, flaked
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Liquid smoke 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
At serving time, have ready: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans; 3 tablespoons snipped pars ley; crackers.
Mix nuts and parsley.
Shape salmon mixture into ball; roll in nut mixture.
Serve with crackers.
