Salmon Ring Mold

Salmon Ring Mold is an excellent dish for your weekend luncheons. This mouthwatering and unique seafood preparation is incomparable. Try this wonderful Salmon Ring Mold recipe for yourself!
  Salmon 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Cracker crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Remove dark skin and bones from the salmon and flake into bite-size pieces.
In a mixing bowl add to the salmon the rest of ingredients in order given.
Mix well.
Grease a 3 cup ring mold.
(Check to make sure the mold will set on the rack in your pressure cooker.) Pack the salmon mixture into the mold and cover with silver foil.
Put 2 cups water in the cooker and set rack in place.
Put covered mold on the rack.
Close cover and put pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 10 minutes.
Cool cooker at once.
Unmold salmon ring onto serving platter.
