Papaya and Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
  Papaya 1 Large
  Smoked salmon 2 Ounce
  Lime 1
  Watercress 1 (as required)
Directions

Peel papaya halve, scoop out seeds, and slice.
Arrange several slices on each salad plate and drape with smoked salmon.(Or cube the papaya, wrap with a salmon strip, and skewer with a toothpick.)
Garnish with a wedge of lime and watercress sprigs.
