Ingredients
  Salmon 7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and flaked
  Celery stalk 1 , finely chopped
  Green onion 1 , finely chopped
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Dill 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 2
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Soft bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Combine salmon, celery, green onion, pars-ley, dill, lemon juice, and mayonnaise.
Place each lettuce leaf in an individual microproof baking dish.
Spoon salmon mixture onto lettuce leaves.
Stir melted butter into bread crumbs until well mixed.
Sprinkle buttered crumbs over salmon.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Cook on HI, 2 minutes.
Rotate dishes and continue to cook on HI, 2 minutes.
Garnish with parsley sprigs and lemon wedges.
