|Onion||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Lemon||1 , thinly sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), thinly sliced|
|Mixed pickling spice||1 Teaspoon|
|Salmon/Steaks||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cucumber||1⁄2 , peeled and finely chopped|
Spread onion, lemon, garlic and spices on bottom of baking dish.
Arrange salmon on top, thickest portions toward outside of dish.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
Microwave 14 to 16 minutes on '8', or until salmon flakes easily.
Mix mayonnaise and cucumber.
Serve as sauce for steaks.
Garnish with lemon twists and parsley sprigs.
For ovens without solid state heat control, Microwave 12 minutes on HIGH for steaks.
