Salmon Romanoff Casserole
|Sour cream cheese sauce and noodle mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned salmon||8 Ounce|
|Cottage cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frozen chives||2 Teaspoon|
Prepare noodles and sauce mix as directed, but increase milk to 2/3 C.
Stir in salmon, cheese and chives.
Bake in a 1-qt. covered casserole, 20 minutes at 350Â° F.
