Baked Salmon With Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Salmon steaks 2 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen Defrosted)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce (Drained)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Arrange salmon in baking dish with thin ends toward center.
Combine butter, mushrooms, lemon juice and onion.
Spoon over salmon.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave 12 minutes on HIGH, or until fish flakes easily.
Let stand 5 minutes, covered.
Season with salt and pepper.
