Ingredients
  Lime/Lemon 1⁄2
  Honeydew melon chunks 12
  Thin smoked salmon strips 24
  Kiwi fruit 2 Large
Directions

Squeeze juice from lime over melon pieces; toss until evenly coated.
Wrap 1 strip salmon around center of each piece of melon and each wedge of kiwi.
Fruit with Ham: Substitute 24 thin strips fully cooked smoked ham, 3 x 1 inch, for the smoked salmon.
