Smoked Salmon Platter

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Snipped dill/1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cucumber 1 Large
  Sliced smoked red salmon 4 Ounce
  Dark bread slices 4 , buttered
Directions

Beat together the salad oil and vinegar; stir in dill, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Pour over cucumber slices.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
To serve, place slices of red salmon on buttered bread.
Arrange the sandwiches and cucumber salad on a serving platter.
Garnish with sprigs of parsley, lemon wedges, olives, and radishes, if desired.
