Broiled Salmon Epicurean

Ingredients
  Frozen salmon 2 Pound (fresh or or halibut steaks)
  Salad oil 14 Cup (224 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Rosemary leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
Directions

Thaw frozen fish.
Combine remaining ingredients; shake well.
Let stand at room temperature 1 hour; strain.
Cut fish into 6 portions.
Dip into oil mixture; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in a greased wire broiler basket.
Grill over medium-hot coals about 5 to 8 minutes.
Baste and turn.
Brush other side; broil till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 5 to 8 minutes longer.
