Sweet And Sour Salmon
|Salmon||1 Pound, can|
|Onions||2 Medium, sliced|
|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||2 , beaten|
Drain salmon, reserving liquid; arrange ,on serving platter.
Boil onions in small amount of water until tender.
Drain; reserve liquid.
Place onions on salmon.
Mix reserved salmon and onion liquids with salt, sugar, vinegar and flour; bring to a boil.
Cook, stirring, for several minutes.
Add to egg yolks gradually, stirring constantly; pour over salmon mixture.
