|Silver salmon||7 Pound (Dressed)|
|Slivered almonds||To Taste|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
Cut salmon in half lengthwise.
Combine almonds and 3 tablespoons butter; keep warm.
Sprinkle paprika, salt and pepper on cut sides of salmon.
Place salmon on charcoal grill, meat side down; sear for 3 to 4 minutes.
Place enough aluminum foil over top of salmon to cover skin; turn foil-covered side over.
Brush butter over seared meat; add almonds.
Place aluminum foil quickly over salmon to hold in heat.
Raise grill to 4 inches above coals; cook for about 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
