Baked Salmon With Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bread cubes 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Sliced stuffed olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Melted margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Salmon steak 2 Pound
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
  Egg yolks 2
  Medium white sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), medium sized
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients with 1 cup hot water; add 1 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1/2 cup melted margarine.
Place in shallow greased baking dish; place salmon on top.
Brush with additional margarine; sprinkle with additional salt, garlic salt and paprika.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Combine egg yolks, remaining lemon juice and white sauce in double boiler.
Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly, until heated through.
Serve sauce over salmon.
Garnish with parsley.
