Baked Salmon

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salmon slices 4
  Kosher salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Bay leaf 1
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a baking dish, melt some butter
2) Arrange the salmon in the baking dish sprinkled with some salt and pepper
3) Layer in the onion slices and a bay leaf
4) Bake in the oven at 375 F for 15 minutes
5) Baste the fish once every 10 minutes
6) Pour the cream over the fish and baking for an additional 25 minutes

SERVING
7) Serve the fish warm with some dinner rolls
