|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Clear honey||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chinese five spice powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Salmon fillets||9 Ounce (2 fillets, 125 g /4 1/2 oz each)|
1. Preheat oven to 6/200°C/fan oven 180°C.
2. In a shallow ovenproof dish mix chinese five spice powder, honey and soy sauce.
3. Roll the salmon fillets in the mixture to coat them well.
4. Place the salmon fillets with their skin side downwards.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or till the fish is tender.
6. Serve eastern salmon with sauce.
