Smoked Salmon Croissants

Ingredients
  Croissants 4
  Cream cheese 7 Ounce (Philadelphia, 200 g)
  Smoked salmon 8 Ounce (250 g)
  Lime juice/Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Lime wedges/Lemon wedges 3 (to garnish)
  Fresh dill sprigs 3 (to garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1. Warm croissants as per packet instructions or warm at 200°C, 400°F for 4-5 minutes.
2. Cut the croissants into halves while hot.
3. Spread Philadephia on the bottom part of every croissant.
4. Mix smoked salmon.
5. Sprinkle lemon juice or lime along with pepper for taste.
6. Place the croissant tops.

SERVING
7. Serve Smoked Salmon Croissants garnished with sprigs of dill, lemon wedges and lime.
