Chilled Smoked Salmon Soup
|Smoked salmon||1 Pound (Norwegian Variety)|
|Sour cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Tabasco sauce||To Taste|
|Fresh dill sprigs||4 (A Few For Garnish)|
1)Take a food processor and blitz the salmon until its smooth.
2)slowly,pour the sour cream.Follow this with heavy cream.
3)Now add white wine and the seasoning ingredients.
4)Now chill this mix overnight.
5)Garnish with the dill and serve.
