  Nonfat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Smoked salmon 4 Ounce
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dried dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Scallions (green and white) 4 , sliced
  Fresh dill sprigs 4 Small
Directions

MAKING:
1) All ingredients, except scallions, are blended well.
2) They are transferred to a bowl.

FINALIZING:
3) Scallions are stirred in, ensuring they mix well.

SERVING:
4) The mousse is served at room temperature.
