Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 , baked in jackets
  Butter 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Salmon 8 Ounce (250 Gram)
  Tartar sauce 1 Tablespoon (To Moisten)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), Gas Mark 5.

MAKING
2) Cut the potatoes in half along the length.
3) Use a spoon to scoop out the potato from the center, leaving the potato shells.
4) In a bowl, add the potato pulp with butter, salt and pepper.
5) Mask all together.
6) Add the salmon and tartare sauce.
7) Spoon the mixture in the potato shells.
8) Place the potato shells inside oven to bake for 15 minutes or heat under a gentle grill.

SERVING
9) Serve the potato warm, by garnishing with grated cheese, if desired.
