Ingredients
Salmon 1 16-ounce can (2 cups)
Cream cheese - 1 8-ounce package , softened
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Grated onion - 2 teaspoons
Prepared horseradish - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Liquid smoke - 1/4 teaspoon
Chopped pecans - 1/2 Cup
Snipped parsley - 3 tablespoons
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Drain the salmon and flake it.
2.Discard skin and bones.

MAKING
3.Make a mixture of salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke.
4.Refrigerate for few hours.
5.Mix pecans with aprsley.
6.Make a 8 x 2 inch log of the salmon mixture and roll in pecan and parsley mix.
7.Refrigerate.

SERVING
8.Serve with cracers.
