|Salmon steaks||2 Pound|
|Apple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), unsweetened|
|Table cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned mushrooms/Mushrooms - 1 cup, sliced fresh||4 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
1. In fry pan, melt butter brown fish lightly on each side.
2. Simmer adding apple juice, covered, 5-7 minutes until fish loses watery look and is just cooked.
3. Remove to warm platter.
4. In a cup or a bowl blend cream and flour, add mushrooms, parsley and salt to taste to liquid in pan.
5. If needed add more apple juice, stir and cook till thickened.
6. Serve over fish.
