Provence Grilled Salmon
|Provence blend||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Mediterranean herb salt||To Taste|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
Directions for preparation:
1. In a bowl, add olive oil, Provence blend, garlic, salt and pepper, combine well.
2. Coat the salmon thoroughly on both the sides with the olive oil mixture.
3. Place them on the grill and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Serve hot with your choice of wine or beverage.
